Beet the basics and say hello to our Brilliant Beetroot Pancakes - whip up this colourful treat, infused with the goodness of our Brilliant Beetroot Pressed Juice.
INGREDIENTS
- 120G SELF-RAISING FLOUR (WHEAT OR GLUTEN-FREE)
- 15G CASTER SUGAR
- 1 LARGE EGG
- 70ML WHOLE MILK (OR PLANT BASED ALTERNATIVE)
- 70ML CAWSTON PRESS BRILLIANT BEETROOT PRESSED JUICE
- PINCH OF SALT
METHOD
1. Mix the self-raising flour, caster sugar, egg, milk and pinch of salt into a bowl.
2. Add Cawston Press Brilliant Beetroot Pressed Juice.
3. Heat a non-stick pan.
4. Ladle in 3 pancakes at a time.
5. Flip when bubbly (2-3 mins).
6. Cook for another minute on the other side.
7. Repeat and stack those fluffy pancakes!
