Refund policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact info@cawstonpress.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the refund process on any order under £100. We ask that you share your valuable input as to why you are requesting a refund, so that we may strive to improve your customer experience in the future. Please note, we are only able to accept returns/provide refunds for orders purchased through cawstonpress.com, and once per customer.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are drinks, they are non-returnable once opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
