Ward of winter our Apple & Ginger pressed juice. Did you know our juices can be mulled!
INGREDIENTS:

300ml Cawston Press Apple & Ginger Juice

50ml Sloe Gin (optional - remove for a non-alc alternative)
-
Spices (Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, 4 Cloves & a shaving of Nutmeg)

Lemon slices (for garnish)
METHOD:

Mull the Apple & Ginger juice and spices until nice and hot.

Add the sloe gin (optional)
-
Sieve out into a mug and garnish with a slice of lemon.
