INGREDIENTS

50ML / 2 SHOTS OF WHISKY OR BRANDY
CAWSTON PRESS APPLE & GINGER JUICE
1 TSP RUNNY HONEY
LEMON
A SLICE OF ROOT GINGER
3 CLOVES
STICK OF CINNAMON

Make the cold nights bearable with this winter warmer. It’s lovely with or without the whisky.

 
1. 
In a small pan gently heat 200ml Cawston Press Apple & Ginger juice, a teaspoon of runny honey, the juice of a lemon, a slice of lemon, a slice of root ginger, 3 cloves and a stick of cinnamon until hot but not boiling.

2.
Put (50ml) 2 shots of whisky or brandy into a toddy glass or a mug and pour the whole lot over it. Sip daintily.
