It’s that time of year to search out those bottles tucked away at the back of the cupboard, ready for their annual appearance. We think the custardy quality of Advocaat works perfectly with our sparkling Rhubarb. Like a grown-up version of those rhubarb and custard chews.
It’s so simple to make:
1.
Shake approx 1½ shots each (40ml) of Advocaat and Fino Sherry and the juice of one lime with ice.
2.
Then strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
3.
Top with our sparkling Rhubarb and garnish with lime wedges.
4.
Serve with straws and enjoy responsibly.
