Spice things up with this perfecting pairing; Cawston Press Pressed Cloudy Apple Juice & Duppy Share Spiced Rum.

INGREDIENTS:

• 20 Allspice Berries

• 50ml Duppy Share Spiced Rum

• 60ml Cawston Press Pressed Cloudy Apple Juice

• 10ml Lime Juice

• 2.5ml Sugar Syrup 

• 1.25ml Angostura Bitters 

• Small pinch Sea Salt

• Apple slices to garnish

METHOD:

1. Bash the allspice berries with a muddler in the bottom of the shaker.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and some ice and shake well (for about 30 seconds).

3. Fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe or martini glass.

4. Garnish with slices of apple.
