Feel good about this chocolatey treat.
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml Cawston Press Brilliant Beetroot Pressed Juice
- 40g Dark Chocolate (70%)
- 100ml Milk of Choice (e.g. oat, coconut, almond)
- 2 tbsp Double Cream of your choice (e.g.. plant based)
- Crushed Ice
METHOD
1. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water
2. Add the melted chocolate to the milk.
2. Add everything to a blender and blitz.
3. Pour out the shake into a glass.
4. Whip some of the double cream and dollop on top of the shake.
5. Grate some of the chocolate on top of the whipped cream.
Perfection. Enjoy.
