RHUBARB & STRAWBERRY BLUSH

Ingredients

8 tsp good strawberry jam or strawberry puree
100 ml (4 shots) vodka
90ml (6 tbsp) lemon juice
A few drops vanilla extract
Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb
Ice
Strawberries to garnish

We adore this cocktail and know you will too. This recipe makes two and they’re just delicious to devour, so sip back and enjoy.

Best served with a loved one (family, friends and furry ones included).

Muddle the 8 tsp good strawberry jam or strawberry puree in the base of your shaker.

Add (100ml) 4 shots vodka, (90ml) 6 tbsp lemon juice, a few drops vanilla extract and ice, shake and then double/fine strain into two tall ice-filled Collins glasses.

Top with Sparkling Rhubarb (approx. 100ml per glass)

Garnish with a slice of strawberry on the rim.

Top tip: cut your strawberries into love hearts for a flirty flourish.
