INGREDIENTS
Ginger Beer and spice and all things nice.
1.
Shake 1½ shots each of Vodka and Pedro Ximénez sherry, the juice of ½ lemon and 2 large pinches of ground ginger and a pinch each of ground cinnamon and ground mixed spice in an ice-filled shaker.
2.
Strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
3.
Top with Cawston Press Ginger Beer and garnish with slices of lemon and root ginger. Serve with straws.
