1 250ML BOTTLE OF CAWSTON PRESS SPARKLING RHUBARB
50ML SHOT OF APEROL
FRESH LEMON JUICE
SLICE OF ORANGE
ICE
Why wait until summer, when you could make the perfect Rhubarb Spritz now?!

In a large spritz glass, or similar, half fill with ice.
2.
Pour over the Aperol and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
3.
Top with a bottle of Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb.
4.
Finally, garnish with a slice of orange.
