INGREDIENTS
1 250ML BOTTLE OF CAWSTON PRESS SPARKLING CLOUDY APPLE
125ML OF DRY WHITE WINE
LIME
FRESH MINT
ICE

Half fill a large Collins glass, or similar, with ice.
2.
Pour over the white wine of choice and Cawston Press Cloudy Apple, and briefly stir to mix.
3.
Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
Sip and enjoy.
