RHUBARB & LEMON SPRITZ

Ingredients

1 Bottle or can of Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb
25ml Shot of Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
Lemon to garnish
Fresh Mint to garnish
Ice

1.

Fill a spritz glass with ice.

2.

Pour over the 25ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin and top with Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb, stirring to mix.

3.

Finally, garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.


Sip and enjoy.
