GINGER ICE

Ingredients

Apple & Ginger juice
70g granulated sugar
2 litre container with a lid

Don’t have an ice cream maker? No need for one with this simply frozen recipe.

This makes quite a lot, so if you  want a little less reduce the ingredients to 500ml juice/35g sugar.

This is delicious as a dessert or for a long drink, fill a glass with some of the Ginger Ice and add a shot of your favourite tipple. Enjoy in the sunshine.

Mix a litre carton of Cawston Press Apple & Ginger juice with the sugar in a 2 litre lidded plastic container.

Freeze for 3 hours, breaking up the ice crystals with a fork every hour or more if you can.

Do this until it’s completely frozen.
