The sparkling range, like all of our drinks, are made from real pressed fruit and made with no added sugars, no sweeteners and never from concentrate - what we call, no jiggery-pokery.

- Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Cawston Press ("the Promoter").
- Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Competition Period: The competition opens on 28th February 2025 at 00:01 AM GMT and closes on 30th April 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the entry form and correctly answer the competition question. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Prize: One winner will receive a £250 Booths voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and will be contacted via email on 1st May 2025.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified using the email address provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Publicity: By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition without additional compensation.
- Data Protection: Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Participants will have the option to opt-in via a tick box to receive marketing communications and be added to the Promoter’s email database. Those who opt-in can unsubscribe at any time.
- General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
- Governing Law: This competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions: Booths Gift Vouchers may be exchanged at any Booths store. It may, on payment of the difference, be exchanged on purchases of a higher value. It may not be exchanged for cash. There is no time limit by which this voucher has to be used. Booths is under no liability should the voucher be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. To be valid when presented for exchange this voucher must be complete and show identical serial numbers on the left and right hand side.
