FROZEN ICE FLOWERS

Ingredients

Distilled water
Edible flowers
Silicone ice cube tray – the trays you use to freeze baby purees can be good, as they’re extra large


Pretty ice to make your drinks perfect.

1.

Place the flowers face down in the tray. Fill to a ¼, so the flowers are just covered.

Freeze until solid. Add water until tray is ½ full.

3.
Freeze again & then add more flowers if there’s room. Top up with water for the final freeze.

4.
Serve with your favourite drink and enjoy.

Cawston Tip:
Use strawberries and raspberries instead of flowers if you fancy something fruity
