We want Cawston Press to reflect modern Britain, in all its glorious diversity – a place where everyone is free to be their true selves, without judgement or prejudice. A place that recognises and values the inherent strength of having different backgrounds, cultures and viewpoints on our team. And remain curious about how we can continue to improve, bringing inspiration and positive examples in from others. But it’s not just about what happens inside our business. We’re also working to make a difference outside our own walls – whether it’s using our voice to champion diversity, equity & inclusion through our communications, working hand-in-hand with our suppliers, or creating better opportunities for disadvantaged people in our own backyard. We’ve already started by measuring our gender representation and running an anonymous employee survey twice a year. But we know we still have a long way to go to get where we want to be. And we’re determined to get there faster.
