10. More Team Action

When we say we’re making sustainability part of everyone’s day job, we mean it literally. From 2023, every single person on our team will have their own sustainability objectives, which will be part of their annual review. At the same time, we’ll keep using little nudges to encourage our people to make greener choices in their day-to-day lives, like cycle to work and electric car schemes. And we'll celebrate the individual steps that everyone is taking to make a positive difference. Because it's better that we're all doing more and better imperfectly. Together we can make change happen.
