Please keep in mind that it may take 1-2 business days to process your order. Please allow extra time if your order was placed Friday evening, during weekends or on holidays. For example, if your order was placed Friday evening, it is standard to not see any tracking updates until Monday evening.
TRACKING UPDATES
During busier seasons, carriers may take longer than expected to update the tracking status of a package. If a package has shipped and the tracking status does not update within 3 business days, please contact us. for an additional update on your package. If a package shows tracking updates but has stalled at a processing location, please contact the carrier for additional information, as they would be able to provide the most up-to-date information on your package.
RETURNS
We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact info@cawstonpress.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the refund process on any order under £100. We ask that you share your valuable input as to why you are requesting a refund, so that we may strive to improve your customer experience in the future.
