INGREDIENTS

PRESSED JUICE
FRESH FRUIT
LOLLY MOULDS

 

Oooh, so juicy.

Slice and chop the fruit up fairly small so it can fit in the lolly moulds.

Pop the fruit in first and top with juice.

3.
Leave about a centimetre from the top of the mould, so they doesn’t overflow when you freeze them.

4.
You’ll need at least 12 hours for them to freeze.


Fruity lollies are rather special. They’re fun to make – for kids and grown-ups and it’s a lovely way to eat lots of fruit. You can simply use your favourite juice and fruit and what you have available at home. Here are a few pairings we love, to get your taste buds going.

  • Rhubarb juice & strawberries
  • Apple & Ginger juice & mango
  • Cloudy Apple juice & pineapple
