The Cawston Hot Toddy
Make the cold nights bearable with this winter warmer. It’s lovely with or without the whisky.
Ingredients
- 2 shots of whisky or brandy
- Cawston Press Apple & Ginger juice
- Runny honey
- Lemon
- Slices of root ginger
- 3 cloves
- Stick of cinnamon
Method
The Cawston Hot Toddy

In a small pan gently heat 200ml Cawston Press Apple & Ginger juice, a teaspoon of runny honey, the juice of a lemon, a slice of lemon, a slice of root ginger, 3 cloves and a stick of cinnamon until hot but not boiling.

Put 2 shots of whisky or brandy into a toddy glass or a mug and pour the whole lot over it. Sip daintily.
