Here’s how to make your own

Shopping List

  • 1 litre Cawston Press Cloudy Apple juice
  • 6 Blood oranges
  • Sparkling water


Apple & Blood Orange

  1. Zest 6 blood oranges into a saucepan
  2. Cover with 100ml apple juice, bring to the boil then take off the heat, cover and infuse for 30 mins.
  3. Meanwhile juice the 6 blood oranges (approx. 450ml) and add to the rest of the litre carton of Cawston Press Cloudy Apple juice.
  4. Finally, strain the zest-infused juice through a muslin into the rest of the blend, twisting the muslin thoroughly to squeeze all the goodness out.
  5. Add some sparkling water or soda – 2/3 juice to 1/3 sparkling water.
  6. Serve over ice.

Cawston Tip
Add a few drops of vanilla extract for some extra flavour!
