In a small pan gently heat 200ml Cawston Press Apple & Ginger juice, a teaspoon of runny honey, the juice of ΒΌ lemon, a slice of lemon, a slice of root ginger, 3 cloves and a stick of cinnamon until hot but not boiling.
Put 2 shots of whisky or brandy into a toddy glass or a mug and pour the whole lot over it. Sip daintily.
