RHUBARB APEROL SPRITZ

Ingredients

A can of sparkling Rhubarb
Aperol
Soda water
Lemon juice
Orange to garnish


We’ve taken a summer staple and made it our own. Ciao Bella.

1.
Fill a large wine glass with ice.

2.
Pour in two shots of sparkling Rhubarb, two shots of Aperol and two shots of soda water.

3.
Add the juice of half a lemon, or less depending on how tart you like it.

4.
Garnish with a twist or slice of orange.

The question is, what canapé? Olives or salt & vinegar crisps?
