  • 1 shot good quality rum
  • Cawston Press Ginger Beer
  • Lime – cut into eighths
  • Ice

 

Method

  • Pour the shot of rum into an ice-filled glass.
  • Top with the Cawston Press Ginger Beer.
  • Squeeze a piece of lime into the drink.
  • Serve with straws.
