Summer refreshment in a glass!
Cawston Press Sparkling Cucumber & Mint (330ml can)
Mint tea (loose or bag)
Your favourite Tea (Loose or bag)
Sprigs of mint
Simply make some mint tea with a teaspoon of your favourite tea (or use a tea bag), a couple of sprigs of mint and 500ml boiling water. Remove the tea leaves/bag after 3 minutes and allow to cool.
Fill a tall glass with ice, cucumber peel and sprigs of mint. Pour over equal parts of cooled tea and then Cawston Press Cucumber & Mint.
Serve with stripy straws
This is also a super easy recipe to scale up and serve at bbq’s in jugs!
